Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your Urth Vibe purchase and you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your original order.

For all returns, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt. To exchange an item, just follow the guidelines for a return and place a secondary order to replace your item.

Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates are final sale.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

How to Request a Return

  1. Request a Return Number through Include your confirmation number, the item to be returned, the quantity and the reason for the return in your email.
  2. You will receive an email with your Return Number. Include a copy of this email with the Return Number when you return the item.
  3. You have 14 days from the day you receive your Return Number to mail the package back to Urth Vibe.
  4. Be sure to have your package post-marked and sent off within the 14-day period.

Urth Vibe will issue a refund on your order to the original method of payment within 1- 2 days of receiving your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. You may also need to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


All authorized returns will be given a shipping return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
